Over eight years at leading global word of mouth agency 1000heads I pioneered the WOMAcademy training programme, helping businesses to adopt a social strategy from the inside out. I've worked across the UK, Europe, Middle East and US for the likes of Skype, Adobe, Mars, Heineken and GoPro.
I also give talks and moderate panels. Recent highlights include FutureBook in London, WOMMA Summit in Las Vegas, Like:Minds in Helsinki, Trigger Creative Conference in Sweden and ExpoMarketing in Bogota.
For two years I was President of WOMMA UK, the independent organisation representing the word of mouth marketing industry in the UK in partnership with the US-based WOMMA. I still work closely with WOMMA to promote best practice, insights and ethics in global social marketing.
